Curcumin Complex contains a blend of synergistic ingredients including curcumin, ginger, and rosemary along with amino acids, vitamins, and enzymes to help reduce the synthesis of certain prostaglandins that cause inflammation.* Prostaglandins are lipids produced in tissue that are damaged or infected.

Curcumin Complex contains Vitamin C, Curcumin, Boswellia Serrata, L-Lysine, L-Glutamine, L-Threonine, Bromelain, Bilberry, Ashwaganda, Rosemary, Hesperidin, Quercetin, Rutin, Ginger, L-Citrulline, N-Acetyl L-Cysteine (NAC).

Other ingredients include Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetable capsule), magnesium stearate.

Curcumin Complex does not contain milk, eggs, fish, shell- fish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy.

Warning: Contains Ashwagandha Root Extract. Do not use if pregnant or nursing.

Caution: Keep out of reach of children.

Storage: Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place.

Directions: Take three capsules once per day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
