Pure 100 provides advanced energy because it is a medium -chain triglyceride oil (MCT).  MCT oils are broken down and used for fuel faster and much easier by the body than typical long chain oils commonly used in cooking.*  These include olive oils, fish oils, as well as very long chain oils including butter or lard, etc.  Coconut oils is a type of MCT oil but only a percentage of this oil is truly MCT.  There are other MCT oils sold on the market, but typically only a percentage of these products are made up of the MCT oil.*

Our BeBalanced MCT oil is 100% MCT oil.  May be used in salads or food, protein shakes, between meals and before bed.* Please limit Pure-100 to 1 tablespoon per day while on Phase II of the BeBalanced Program. In Phase III and IV, up to 2 tablespoons per day can be used.  

Note:  This oil is best not heated over 160 degrees.
